Born in Quebec, Pelletier spent his time between his native French Canada, Paris, and Normandy. Exposed at an early childhood age to the beauty, romance, and emotion of fine art, his passion for it continued to grow until he decided to devote his full time career to the preservation of culture and the inspiration of intellect ... fine art.
Pelletier is recognized and acknowledged as one of the foremost art directors on today's horizon. In addition to his tutelage at his own gallery, he is called upon by numerous galleries for his advice and direction.
